So I have found a new reason to blog... to archive and organize my memories. Even though I am only 43, I already find myself forgetting things...nothing important but things that I need. I can't remember what goes in my DIY pancake mix or god forbid I have to ask my friend Chris for that cookie recipe ever again...as it took a few years to pry her prized recipe from her, (LOL Chris) never-mind that even with the recipe, the cookies can not be duplicated or compared to the delicious and gigantic cookies Chris produces.
If a Google search or Pinterest peruse does not produce what I am looking for... I go back to my blog to search for it.
Now I just make a point to blog about something I think is wonderful so I can find it when I need it again.

zucchini grilled with roasted red peppers and garlic, YUM!
So I am on the Advocare 24 day challenge... I'll tell you about that when it's finished. Anyway...they stress clean eating. Clean eating for those who might not know is eating unprocessed foods. Foods stressed on the diet are fruits, veggies, meats with a wagged finger at white flour, sugar, packaged food.
BUT... I said I wasn't going to talk about that didn't I. SO... moving on...
Zucchini grilled with roasted red peppers and garlic, YUM. I cut up my zucchini cucumber style threw it in a ziplog bag with some olive oil and seasoning... I used McCormick Perfect Pinch Roasted Garlic and Bell Pepper. Shuffle it around in the bag and then grill on your skillet... I even used my George Foreman to grill it once... but prefer the skillet method. Timing is up to you, I like my veggies a little crisp. Put on a plate and enjoy.
